• Cancellations made within this timeframe are eligible for a 100% refund of the order amount or advance payment made, whichever is lower.
• Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of our products, cancellation requests cannot be accepted after 48 hours.

• As all products are handmade and customized, refunds are generally not offered.
• If the received product varies significantly from the images shown due to color or finishing issues, please contact us for further review.
• Minor color variations may occur due to lighting and material differences and should be considered prior to ordering.

Exchange Policy

• No exchanges are offered under any circumstances.
• Each item is crafted specifically to client requirements, making exchanges unfeasible.

Damaged Goods

• We take great care in packaging and dispatching orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
• In the rare event of damage during shipping, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
• Photographic evidence of the damage may be required to process the claim.
• Sahlea Haus is not responsible for damage to products containing LED lights once they have been delivered in working condition, as shown in shared photos or videos.

Custom Duty

• Any custom duty or import charges applied by local authorities are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Sahlea Haus does not accept returns or issue refunds due to customs duties or related charges.
